ST ANDREW, Jamaica – University of the West Indies (UWI) Pelicans were crowned champions of the 2016 Netball Jamaica (NJ)/Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) Sunshine Open League at the Lelia Robinson Courts on Saturday evening.
