KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) spokesperson on education Kamina Johnson- Smith is upset with the People’s National Party (PNP) which she said has done nothing to reform the loan structure of the Students’ Loan Bureau (SLB) until campaigning started for the February 25 general election.
