ANDREW Holness yesterday launched the Jamaica Labour Party’s (JLP’s) 2016 election manifesto, describing it as “bankable” and insisted that the Opposition party’s proposal to increase the income tax threshold to $1.5 million as of April 1 this year is a way of giving back to Jamaican workers suffering from the current austerity measures.
