THE ruling People’s National Party (PNP) says it has stepped up its aggressive campaign to wrestle the constituency of St Andrew West Central from Leader of the Opposition Andrew Holnesss in the February 25 election. Delano Franklyn, campaign spokesperson of PNP, said earlier this week that the party has set its sights on the constituency of Holness as it strongly believed that it has a real chance of securing victory in the area.
