Cop on murder rap returns to court March 3

CONSTABLE Devon Cooper who has been charged with last week’s murder of a primary school teacher, was granted bail in the sum of $1 million with one or two sureties by Senior Magistrate Judith Pusey when he appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court this week.
