ST ANN, Jamaica — Polling stations in Ocho Rios North East, St Ann are already busy with voters. There is already a large gathering at the Ocho Rios Primary School as electors start queuing to cast their votes. Things are off to a smooth start at that Electoral Centre, at the neighbouring Anglican Church Hall and Ocho Rios High School. All three centres are on Milford Road.
