CLARENDON, Jamaica – Deputy Chairman of the Rocky Point Division and political liaison officer for Clarendon South, Arthur Coleman, says that as of 8 o’ clock this morning, the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) candidate Rudyard Spencer has a 31 vote lead over the People’s National Party’s (PNP) Patricia Duncan Sutherland.
