#DecisionJa2016: Tufton predicts high voter turnout in St Catherine West Central
ST CATHERINE, Jamaica – Jamaica Labour Party candidate for St Catherine West Central Dr Christopher Tufton says all indicators are pointing to a 10 to 15 percentage increase in voter turnout in the constituency, up from the 44 per cent seen in the last election.
