ST THOMAS, Jamaica — Eighty-seven-year-old farmer Charles Smith, otherwise called 'Water Boot' of Bath in the parsh said he would rather go to his grave that mark a ballot in support of the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP). "I would never vote for them because they fight against everything the party and (Michael) Manley do," he told OBSERVER ONLINE shortly after voting at the Bath Community Centre.
