NWA, teams kept busy in Hanover, St James clean-up
MONTEGO BAY, St James — Teams from several government agencies were kept busy yesterday clearing silt from roadways in St James and Hanover which were inundated by floodwaters from heavy rains which lashed the western parishes Saturday.
