FORMER Prime Minister Bruce Golding says when he took office in 2007 the opportunity was missed for his Administration to consistently engage the then Portia Simpson Miller-led Opposition but that there is now another chance for a Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) Government to renew that approach as a part of the governance process.
