KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Opposition People's National Party has established an appraisal committee headed by Member of Parliament for St Andrew South Eastern to conduct a formal assessment of the reasons that contributed to its electoral defeat in the February 25, 2016 General Elections. The members of the Committee had their first meeting today where it defined its scope and work plan.
