NEW YORK, USA (CMC) — The United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Preet Bharara says there is insufficient evidence to pursue US federal criminal charges in connection with the fatal shooting by a white New York police officer of a Jamaican-American youth, Ramarley Graham, four years ago.
