In a work week kicked off by Cabinet and ministerial appointments, which in turn followed the King’s House swearing-in, last Thursday, of Jamaica’s PM Andrew Holness, the obligatory next step was the sitting of the new House. Called to order, yesterday, on Duke Street, parliamentarians on both sides of the aisle, with varying degrees of pomp and circumstance, filed into Gordon House under the discerning gaze of Friday Social.
