KINGSTON, Jamaica — Janell Fullerton of St Jago High threw 14.46 metres to establish a new record and win the girls' Class One shot-put final at the 106th staging of the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys' and Girls' Athletics Championships at the National Stadium a short while ago.
