A man points to a broken light post on Charles Street, downtown Kingston, on Wednesday, which he says is a major concern for residents of that community and surrounding areas. The light post, which has been broken for some time, is being held up by mere cable wires. It has also affected Internet service in the area. Residents say that they are constantly on edge as they believe the cable wires will give way any day now. They are appealing to the light and power company to urgently fix the problem.
