Vandals steal utility pole, equipment from NWC, St James site
ST JAMES, Jamaica — The National Water Commission (NWC) is reporting that vandals have stolen several pieces of equipment, including a utility pole, from one of its systems in St James, which has stymied efforts to restore piped water supply in the area.
