MONTEGO BAY — State Minister in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information Floyd Green has challenged western Jamaican youth to grasp the opportunity to earn foreign exchange legitimately by seeking tertiary educational offerings at the newly established western campus of the Caribbean Maritime Institute (CMI) at the Sam Sharpe Teachers’ College.
