VIDEO: Ryan: 'Count me out' of campaign
As speculation swirls over whether there will be a contested convention for the Republicans, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan ruled himself out of any potential bid. He said that regardless of whether a single nominee wins enough delegates for a majority, only those who have run in the primaries should be eligible for the candidacy.
