THE Jamaica Association of Transport Owners and Operators (JATOO) says it will not ask for a fare increase in response to the $7 hike in the Special Consumption Tax on petrol, but that it wants, among other things, the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) to be returned as the fare regulator for the transportation sector.
