KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett says Labour Day allocations outlined in a recent media programme do not tell the full story. People&rsquo;s National Party (PNP) members in the newscast objected to what they said was the &ldquo;discriminatory&rdquo; distribution of funds for Labour Day projects in constituencies across the island.
