LUCEA, Hanover — Minister of Local Government Desmond McKenzie says the EG Hunter-led committee, which was set up to investigate the collapse of a building on the Royalton hotel project in Negril recently, has recommended the lifting of the stop order for the buildings on the site that were not affected during the mishap.
