MEMBER of Parliament (MP) for St Ann South Eastern Lisa Hanna says she will be vying for one of the four vice-president spots in the People’s National Party (PNP) in September, declaring that she wants to build a party that practises “build-up” rather than “tear down, cut-throat, stab-you-in-your-back” politics.
