SAGICOR Foundation and Lasco iCool partnered to fete over 300 students from across the island to a day of fun, frolic and edutainment at the Hope Zoo last Friday. Dubbed ‘Reading is cool’, the event was held to honour the nation’s children and was a part of both companies’ thrust to culminate May’s Child Month activities. The students were chosen from Sagicor’s existing list of Adopta- school locations from across the island as well as schools that have a close relationship with the Lasco Group. Here staffers from the Sagicor Foundation and Lasco having a fun moment with a handful of the students who attended the ‘Reading is Cool’ event at Hope Zoo on Friday.
