High Commissioner of Jamaica to the Republic of South Africa Cheryl Spencer presents her Letter of Credence to Ameenah Gurib-Fakim, president of the Republic of Mauritius, on May 19, accrediting her as non-resident high commissioner of Jamaica to that country. Following the presentation, Spencer and President Gurib-Fakim discussed possible areas for further bilateral co-operation between Jamaica and Mauritius, particularly in the areas of education, as well as trade and investment, sports and tourism.
