Tivoli enquiry commissioners recommend ‘same person, same weapon’ policy
KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Commission of Enquiry into the May 2010 security operation in West Kingston, which left 69 people dead, wants the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) to adopt a “same person, same weapon policy”.
