The Ministry of Justice has a new home at 61 Constant Spring Road in St Andrew. Permanent secretary in the ministry, Carol Palmer, said in March that the relocation was due to an issue with air quality at the previous New Kingston location, which had aggravated respiratory problems for some employees. The building is at the former Baron’s Plaza, which was involved in more than a decade of controversy involving structural damage and encroachments on neighbouring facilities. Roughly 45 units are on the 1.5-acre site. (Photo: Garfield Robinson)
