KINGSTON, Jamaica &ndash; The selection committee of the Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) will on Thursday decide whether global sprint superstar Usain Bolt will be entered in both the 100m and 200m events at the Rio Olympics, after he pulled out of the Senior Championships on Friday night with a hamstring injury.
