Prime Minister Andrew Holness says a cooperation agreement which was expected to be signed with Trinidad and Tobago is still being worked on. He made the disclosure at the final press conference this afternoon to end the official visit to Jamaica by the Trinidadian Prime Minister, Dr Keith Rowley.
