KINGSTON, Jamaica - Approximately 100 participants of the Identity Purpose Attitude Destiny (IPAD) Youth Empowerment and Mentorship Summer Camp 2016 along with a team from the Tourism Product Development Company (TPDCo) carried out a massive clean-up exercise at the Negril Beach Park in Westmoreland on Saturday, July 23.
