PAHO, OAS launch ‘plan of action’ for people of African descent

WASHINGTON, USA (CMC) — The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) says it has collaborated with the Organization of American States (OAS) in launching a new Plan of Action for the Americas, including the Caribbean, for Implementation of the International Decade for People of African Descent.
