KINGSTON, Jamaica &ndash; Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) councillor for the Chancery Hall Division of the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC), Duane Smith, is demanding immediate action from Mayor of Kingston and St Andrew, Councillor Angela Brown Burke, to have Corporate Area drains cleaned.
