KSAC working on list of critical drains for cleaning, says mayor

DEPUTY minority leader of the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC) Councillor Delroy Williams is demanding that Mayor of Kingston Dr Angela Brown Burke explain why drains in the KSAC have not been cleaned, especially in light of the surge in suspected cases of the Zika virus and increased activities for the 2016 Atlantic Hurricane Season.
