Jamaica&rsquo;s 54th Independence Celebrations took on new meaning at Sandals Whitehouse European Village & Spa as guests of the luxury-included resort turned out for a cultural explosion of food, music, and dance. Also on offer was the finest rum-infused libations, the strums of a colourful marching band and the spirited vibrations of the Silver Birds Steel Pan Orchestra.
