UNICEF rep says Earl left many Belizean children mentally shaken
BELMOPAN, Belize (CMC) — The United Nations Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) says while Hurricane Earl did not kill anyone in Belize when it swept through the country last week, it may have left more than 100,000 children psychologically damaged.
