ST JAMES, Jamaica – Newly installed president of the Jamaica Teachers Association (JTA) Howard Isaacs has expressed unease that overseas teacher recruiters are exploiting Jamaica’s economic weakness to entice the best qualified and most experienced teachers to the detriment of the local education system.
