Foreigners held on board vessel containing 2,000 pounds of ganja
The narcotics police have commenced a probe following the seizure of more than 2,000 pounds of ganja and the arrest of three foreign nationals by members of the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) Coast Guard south of Alligator Reef in St Elizabeth, on Monday.
