These students find something to smile about despite the challenges in getting to school yesterday after transport operators blocked roads for a second day, severely affecting schools and businesses in St Thomas. Happy Grove High was said to be one fo the hardest hit. “The protest has crippled our operations as teaching and learning have come to a standstill,” Principal Monique Grant-Facey told the Jamaica Observer.
