Members of the management and supervisory teams from Sandals and Beaches Resorts in Negril pose with corporate training kits they received during a day-long John Maxwell Five Levels of Leadership training session. The session, which was organised by Sandals Corporate University in partnership with Building Opportunities for Leadership Development Inc (BOLD) targeted managers and supervisors across all departments. They left with a wealth of knowledge on leadership strategies as well as their course certificates. Sharing in the photo op was presenter and director of programme alignment for BOLD, Baldwin Powell (4th right).
