NWC says water rates could drop if energy costs come down

NATIONAL Water Commission (NWC) President Mark Barnett has indicated that if the NWC is able to drive its energy costs down through a just-inked grant agreement with the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), customers could eventually see a drop in their water bills.
