Friday last, September 16, The Latin American Women’s Club, supported by The Embassy of Mexico, celebrated 50 years of philanthropic endeavours in Jamaica with a dinner and dance inside the well-appointed Valencia Room of the Spanish Court Hotel, New Kingston. The evening’s formalities — which included a welcome and address by the Club’s founder and President Maria Pinchin — were handled with aplomb by Paul Bitter.
