GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC) – The chairman of the Public Service Commission (PSC), Carvil Duncan, yesterday said he has no intention of stepping down from his post even as the Guyana government appointed a Tribunal to inquire, investigate and recommend whether he should be removed.
