KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Labour and Social Security Minister Shahine Robinson will lead a three-member delegation from Jamaica to the 31st Session of the Caricom Council for Human and Social Development (COHSOD), which opens on Monday in Georgetown, Guyana, on Monday.
