LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Dalian Wanda Group plans to announce a 40 percent production subsidy to attract Hollywood filmmakers to its new multibillion-dollar studio in the eastern Chinese city of Qingdao, a person with direct knowledge of Wanda's involvement said.
