KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; The Police High Command is expressing grave concerns about allusions that the police acted unprofessionally in conducting investigations into the July 1, 2011 murder of 17-year-old Kingston College student Khajeel Mais, resulting in the acquittal of Patrick Powell in the Home Circuit Court today.
