KINGSTON, Jamaica – St Andrew businessman, 59-year-old Patrick Powell, who was fingered in the 2011 murder of 17-year-old Khajeel Mais, was on Monday freed after the seven-member jury was directed by the judge to return a not-guilty verdict on murder and shooting with intent charges.
