Vuvuzela-blaring throngs of Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) supporters on Friday followed the motor vehicle carrying Fabian Brown — better known for his involvement in philanthropic organisations such as the St Patrick’s Foundation — up Old Hope Road to Campion College where he was duly nominated as the party’s councillor candidate for the Trafalgar Division in the November 28 Local Government Election.
