MANCHESTER, Jamaica &mdash; Representatives of the Southern Regional Health Authority (SRHA) say that the registered midwife that is at the centre of an incident at the Chapelton Community Hospital in Clarendon, where it is alleged that a mother gave birth outside the compound, is currently not on duty.
