Woman charged with murder four months after getting licensed firearm

A St Andrew businesswoman has been charged with murder four months after she was issued with a firearm licence. Following a ruling by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Carlene Spence, 44, was today charged with the September shooting death of a man inside the Constant Spring Arcade.
