PNP calling on EOJ to appeal court’s decision on Portmore municipality

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The People’s National Party (PNP) says that they have learnt that the judge's recent ruling in the Portmore municipality case was based on an interpretation of the old Municipalities Act and has called on the Electoral Office of Jamaica (EOJ) to appeal the decision.
